Residencies Parallèles complement Rencontres Parallèles.

They take place throughout the even years, in Marseille, the Provence Alps Côte d'Azur (PACA) Region, the European and Mediterranean territory.

These are artistic production periods intended to support collaborative projects among artists from the previous Rencontres // festival.

Residencies // are produced by KOMM'N'ACT in partnership with hosting venues and structures from the abovementioned locations.

They can give rise to new creations shown during the following Rencontres //.
This applies for Submerso (2010 creation) involving Ana Martins, Francisco Medeiros and Cyril Meroni, and Far Far Far Away (2008 creation) involving Marion Abeille, Geoffrey Coppini and Paulo Guerreiro.
